StartupBusiness provides pre-screened information, tools, and templates to people who are starting a business or want to commercialize their ideas.  It is designed to be a self-help, self-service resource. The site was started by serial entrepreneur Mike O'Donnell in 1997. It was one of the first websites established to assist entrepreneurs. Over the past 12 years StartupBusiness (aka StartUPbiz) has helped thousands of startups to get things done more quickly and less expensively.

What makes this site different than other sites for startups is an extensive collection of mission-critical forms, sample legal agreements, business templates, and other fill-in-the-blank documents. Our emphasis is on actionable resources -- stuff that small companies need to get particular tasks done. This includes incorporating, planning, developing, protecting, hiring, partnering, marketing, financing and managing. Company founders must personally handle a lot of diverse tasks, because they usually don't have a staff or the resources to retain outside help. This site gives them an edge.

We know these materials work and we know how valuable they are, because we have used them to nurture our own ideas and turn them into viable businesses over the last 25 years. Why reinvent the wheel?
